Happy Friday!

Just as I was whining about being cold.... it is 60 degrees here today.  WHAT?!  It's January in Kansas and that is weird.

Hitting the gym today at lunch time but I wanted to say Happy Friday!

What are your long run weekend plans??

It's supposed to be high 50's here tomorrow, so a morning or afternoon run outside.
