On a long run, you have to have something mid way through to pep you back up. I've tried, well, I think everything possible. I really can't do GU (the consistency ... barf, barf, barf), so I'm always searching for the perfect on the run energizer.
I bought these FRS chews, because you know, if they're good enough for Lance they should be good enough for me....I don't like them. Not at all. Wow, I mean really not at all.
